thx for your answer. here are some details.
Joomla Version : 1.0.13 Stable
Install Path : www/
Config file dump :

//change this variable to fit your desired character coding.
$encoding = "iso-8859-1";
//change this variable to reflect joomla instalation directory.
$joomladir = "/www/";

Feeds : for example : http://feeds.feedburner.com/ChowStories
or http://rss.allrecipes.com/daily.aspx?hubID=84
