The problem is that your hosting doesn't support fsockopen and CURL, if you can't have any of those enabled feed2post won't work, as it needs to go fetch the feeds with something...maybe you can ask your hosting support to enable any of them (fsockopen or curl) and if they can't you'll have to change hosting providers...(at least if you want feed2post to work) the one I use for this site is called Arvixe and it's cheap, only $40 the whole year...as you have paypal, payment won't be trouble for you...
