The software products offered by elcansoftware have a 15 days return policy. The policy covers the first 15 days after subscribing to the site. If the software product doesn't work because of problems related to the product itself* and we can't fix the problem in 7 days maximum, your money will be refunded and your membership will be closed. If the problem arises with an update the time to fix it (passing the first 7 days after subscribing to the site) will be a maximum of 15 days for basic members to silver members and 10 days maximum if the problem is claimed by a gold member. In this case the money returned will be proportional to the membership used up to the moment of the failure. Notes: * If the problem is that your hosting doesn't support the software, we will not close or refund the membership, please check the minimal requirements before downloading.
