Hello, first, sorry for the terrible delay in my reply, we are really busy working on the new feed2post with lots of new features, also we'll have new services for our contributors and a better site.
The problem you mention is related to the php configuration, your max memory allocation is not allowing f2p or it's cronjob tool to run completelly, we can't fix that from the software, you need to adjust that on the cpanel of your account or ask the support of your hosting company to raise that limit a bit more. you can also use less feeds but I'm pretty sure that that's not an option.
We'll check why the last item is always posted, that's a probable bug in our code, we'll have a fix soon.
